- The children’s ministry has a happy problem: the numbers of participants have increased, and we’ve already outgrown our meeting space! Projected plans are to find and to move to a larger space next year. Meanwhile, we will continue to meet with the younger kids twice a week for afterschool activities.
- The Passover hike included 45 youth, “glamping” at a Negev venue with Bedouin style tents. The weather was perfect for sleeping out, for the hiking adventures, and for the evening campfires. Everyone had a wonderful time, and many lives were deeply touched.
- Monthly clubs for youth are continuing in BeerSheva, Ashkelon, Arad, and Eilat.
- In June, 2024, several of our youth will participate in a prayer journey in Poland, together with some Arab youth.
- Monthly women’s meeting: About 20 women are regularly participating for teaching on parenting and life skills, Bible studies, prayer, mutual support, and fellowship.
- Summer camp is scheduled for mid-August. This is a highlight of the year for youth, counselors, and volunteers. Much planning and preparation goes into camp. We expect the Lord to meet us in powerful ways as He always has.
