This mousse works on little canapés or with crackers. It is also nice as a little side to meat or chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 250 gr. feta or bulgarit
- ½ cup cream
- 1 cup herbs, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
METHOD
In the food processor (or with hand blender) blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
