Dear praying friends,
Thank you so much for standing with us as our prayer covering during this very challenging season. We are grateful for your support.
We had a beautiful Purim party with 43 non-believing single mothers from Beer Sheva and their 52 kids. Young adults and teenagers from Streams in the Desert volunteered at the party and it was so much fun!
Thank you for your continued support and for your faithful prayers for Streams in the Desert!

Praise Reports
A few months ago we started a new outreach project in cooperation with the Negev Ministries humanitarian aid distribution center. We are organizing celebration banquets for non-believing single mothers and their children. Our team provides a children’s program, a word of encouragement from the Heavenly Father for the women and a lovely meal for everybody in the end.
A week ago we organized a Purim party for the moms and their kids. It was so much fun!
Young adults and teenagers from Streams in the Desert served the single mothers with love and dedication. We played games, sang songs, gave gifts to the kids and prizes for the most creative and beautiful costumes. And, of course, in the end we all shared a very tasty meal.
Our deepest gratitude goes to all of our volunteers for their dedicated work and to FIRM for their support and encouragement.

Prayer Requests
Dear friends, we are asking for your prayer covering!
Please pray for our Passover hike/camping trip. 35 kids and 15 adults are ready to go! Volunteers from abroad are packing their bags. Our team is working on multiple logistical huddles. However, once again we are pushing through uncertainty. The ceasefire is over. The sirens go off in different places in the country. Our hike this year is pretty close to Gaza. If the situation doesn’t change in the next couple of weeks, we may need to go to plan B. We are not entirely sure yet what this plan may be.
Please pray for all the staff and volunteers to have grace and supernatural peace in all the uncertainty.
Please pray for the single mothers who have been participating in our new outreach project. The seeds were sown. At our next meeting we will make an invitation to go deeper with the Lord. Please pray for their hearts to be ready.
These days all of us are struggling with painful and complicated emotions connected to the war in our land, the rising antisemitism in the world and very uncertain future. This makes us tired. We are all fighting to hold on to hope. We need refreshing and strengthening from the Lord. I would like to ask you to pray specifically for L, a young, female volunteer – youth leader from Ashkelon. She is struggling with depression. L has reached out for help and it will be provided for her However, she needs to know and feel that she is not alone, that she is loved and prayed for.
