Prais Reports

Dear Praying Friends:

No matter how much darkness is all around us, the Light of the World is shining ever so bright. We are all holding on to Him! To His light, His hope and His unfailing covenental love. We wish you a very Happy Hanukkah, a beautiful Advent season and a Merry Christmas! Thank you for your love and friendship!

As we are examining our past year with awe and gratitude here are some of our praise reports and prayer requests.

Praise Reports

  1. We have new believers to disciple in our midst! This last summer camp was challenging, but still 12 kids gave their lives to the Lord, and we are looking forward to helping them build and deepen their relationship with Yeshua.
  2. Some of our non-believing single mothers are getting more and more interested in hearing about our faith. Due to the law in Israel, we are not permitted to share the Gospel while distributing material help, but we are praying for creative solutions and good opportunities.
  3. The retreat for young women in ministry was amazing! Women left the retreat refreshed and strengthened, with a sense of the Lord loving them and speaking to them again. For many the heaviness of the past two years was replaced with new hope.
  4. The children’s program in Beer Sheva is going strong. We have many new kids this year, and with that, a new hope of touching young lives.
  5. Some of our moms are planning to start educational courses and programs to change and advance their lives.

Prayer Requests

  1. Please pray for the next year of our discipleship program for teens – Yad Yamino (His Right Hand). The participants from the last year are encouraged to each bring a friend to the meetings that they can disciple. Pray for them to grow even stronger this year.
  2. Pray for healing for B. She is suffering from chronic pain, very bad spine issues and anxiety disorder. She doesn’t know the Lord yet, but loves it when people pray for her in the name of Yeshua and she has experienced His presence.
  3. Pray for our team. Miri is transitioning to a new area in the country and is ending her employment with us. Pray for the next season in her life to be fruitful. Eva and Tana had a difficult and very busy year. Please, pray for refreshment and a renewed vision for them. Pray for Oxana and I to have grace and wisdom to continue leading this ministry with joy and hope.

Years ago as I was driving on one of the major highways here in Israel, I saw people working to install new high-mast lights. They were absolutely massive. I noticed that the lights were lit already, but because it was daytime, they were not bright at all. I wondered about it. On the way back I looked at the new lights again. In the darkness they shown so brightly! They illuminated the night all around them. At that moment the Lord spoke into my heart. “Don’t be deceived,” I heard. “The darkness is coming, it’s upon us. And in the darkness all of you are going to shine brightly. If today you are wondering about the strength of your light, in the darkness you won’t be”.

Thank you so much for being light in the darkness, for this suffering, confused lost world, but also for us, the nation of Israel. Thank you for the generosity of your light that is shining upon us.
