This sauce is great with crunchy salads with carrots, cabbage, kohlrabi and apple. It is also good with meat. I like mine spicy.
INGREDIENTS
- 5T. peanut butter, unsweetened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cm. ginger, minced
- ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
- ½ cup rice or white wine vinegar
- 3T. brown sugar
- 2T. fish sauce
- 3T. soy sauce
- salt
- 1 chili pepper, chopped (Optional)
METHOD
Mix the ingredients together. Don’t be afraid of fish sauce. But if the fear is uncontrollable —
skip it.
