Peanut Sauce

This sauce is great with crunchy salads with carrots, cabbage, kohlrabi and apple. It is also good with meat. I like mine spicy.


  • 5T. peanut butter, unsweetened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cm. ginger, minced
  • ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • ½ cup rice or white wine vinegar
  • 3T. brown sugar
  • 2T. fish sauce
  • 3T. soy sauce
  • salt
  • 1 chili pepper, chopped (Optional)


Mix the ingredients together. Don’t be afraid of fish sauce. But if the fear is uncontrollable —
skip it.
