This is a very nice breakfast. It is also very easy to take this one to work. You will need mason jars (or other kind of little jar). You can also put it into a portion size plastic container. Any combination of flavors would work. I had a friend who used to pour chocolate milk on it.
SERVINGS: depends on size of the jars
- 500 gr. thick oats
- 500 gr. plain yogurt
- 100 gr. milk
- 200 gr. any nuts or seeds, toasted
- 200 gr. any fruit or berries, finely chopped or frozen
- 5T. honey or jam
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients. Transfer to the jars. Let sit in the fridge for minimum
one night. Can be in the fridge for a week.
