Green Tahini

Green Tahini sauce is the best thing ever! You could use it as marinade, dip or as a salad dressing. It could also be used as a sauce to assemble sandwiches. Try to use slow roasted Tahini base — it is better. If you need it as a marinade, just use a bit more water.

YIELD: 2 cups


  • 1 cup Tahini base
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ batch parsley
  • ½ batch coriander
  • ½ batch mint
  • ½ cup water
  • 2T. salt


  1. Place Tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt and roughly chopped greens into a blender cup or a deep mixing bowl.
  2. Use a hand blender to blend it into a smooth paste adding water as needed. You will need a minimum of half a cup of water. That’s all there is to it 🙂
